MN Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Minnesota Hyperbaric is an outpatient clinic located in the Minneapolis / St. Paul Metro area specializing in the use of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is the breathing of high concentrations of oxygen in an environment with greater than normal atmospheric pressure. The effect of this is a greater amount of oxygen dissolved in the blood than can be achieved normally. This increased amount of dissolved oxygen has a variety of effects that result in an improved ability to heal.
The use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of Autism is gaining empirical support. MN Hyperbaric has teamed up with a Minnesota autism clinic, The Holland Center, a respected autism pediatric rehabilitation center, to provide specialized care.
